November 2025
Welcome to BrickXBrick Monthly, our home for news, events, and builds you might like to try at home!
Are the days dark at your house yet? The good news is that this month's post is about light! How to light your LEGO® projects (spoiler alert — it isn't easy) and how you can be a light, which is much easier! Daylight dwindles daily in the month of November until we reach the shortest day of the year in North America on December 21.

We do our best to add light back into the darkness. We roll our clocks back an hour, have festivals of light, add lights to trees and landscaping, and go crazy with lighting at Christmas. Light is important — it symbolizes clarity, joy, and hope. Just like you can build light into your LEGO® MOC, you can be a light in the darkness by the way you live. Be honest when you could lie, be kind when you could be mean, help someone when you could just pass them by. Incorporate some lighting into your next LEGO® creation with the help of the tutorials below, and while you are at it, also be a light to someone near you today so that they know that you care and that God cares for them as well. This month we have also added a build track that you can build to. Happy building in the light!

Matthew 5:16
In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
